The main method for CsvBulkLoadTool.java,

    public static void main(String[] args) throws Exception {
        ToolRunner.run(new CsvBulkLoadTool(), args);
    }

should expose the return value of ToolRunner#run to the OS. It's useful to know whether the job succeeded or failed.
