asp support in apache servers

Hi , 
i was wondering if anyone has some knowledge regarding the level
of support that asp has on apache : what portion of apaches support 
asp , and how good is this support ,meaning , can i build asp 
modules for use on apache servers or would it be a good idea to  
use other technologies ?
