Hi,

I created https://github.com/apache/sling/pull/141 for this.
Summary: 
* Removed WebconsoleClient and added methods to install/ start/ unistall bundles in OsgiConsoleClient
* Adapted BundlesInstaller
* Removed dependency on sling-testin-tools for testing-http-clients
