[jira] [Updated] (IGNITE-18613) .NET: Thin 3.0: Balance requests across connections

Pavel Tupitsyn updated IGNITE-18613:
------------------------------------
    Description:
Currently, ClientFailoverSocket.GetSocketAsync sends all requests to default connection, unless partition awareness is involved. But many operations (such as SQL) do not use partition awareness and can be executed on any node.

Use round-robin for non-partition-aware requests to distribute the load across multiple connections.
