   `wskdeploy` supports auth, host, api on CLI:
   
   ```
   Flags:
         --apihost HOST         whisk API HOST
         --apiversion VERSION   whisk API VERSION
     -u, --auth KEY             authorization KEY
     -c, --cert string          path of the .cert file
   ...
   ```
   
   Add APIGW Access Token as well on CLI.
