In `ConnectableTask`, if a task is triggered on a node other than Primary Node and the Processor is scheduled to run on Primary Node only, the Processor should yield the "bored yield duration" because it cannot possibly make any progress. At the moment, it does not yield, which means that it will use up resources needlessly.
