[jira] [Created] (SPARK-13243) jersey WADL generator complains
about Seq[] type in REST APIs
Steve Loughran created SPARK-13243:
--------------------------------------
Summary: jersey WADL generator complains about Seq[] type in REST APIs
Key: SPARK-13243
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-13243
Project: Spark
Issue Type: New Feature
Components: Spark Core
Affects Versions: 2.0.0
Environment: History Server
Reporter: Steve Loughran
Priority: Minor
If you make REST API calls of the history server, such as from tests, you can end up with a stderr full of spurious WADL generator errors.
these are spurious, as nothing asked for the WADL, Jersey is just "being helpful".
There is some way to turn off WADL generation, which is probably the best tactic.
