XenServer6.1 for Host Server, CentOS6.3 for NFS server and CloudStack-Mgr Server.

Repro Steps
Setup the cloudstack environment as normal. (Configured NFS & CS-Mgr Servers)
Launch browser, start CloudStack WebConsole and finish to build a cloud step by step. (It should use workaround of build#256 when building a cloud.)
Add a Custom Instance with 2Ghz CPU and 3GB RAM, under Service Offerings -> Compute offerings. (Refer to screenshot "Custom Instance.JPG")
Choose the Custom Instance while adding instances. (Refer to screenshot "Choose Custom Instance when Add Instance.JPG")
Expected Result
The instances should be added successfully, and the related VM should be launched successfully on XenServer Host.
Actual Result
Unable to use Custom Instnce for adding instances. (Refer to screenshot "Unable to create a VM with Custom Instance.JPG")
