[jira] [Created] (RIVER-442) Fix link to Jan Newmarch's site

Gus Heck created RIVER-442:
------------------------------

Summary: Fix link to Jan Newmarch's site
                 Key: RIVER-442
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RIVER-442
             Project: River
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Web site and infrastructure
         Environment: Firefox, Chrome, Safari
            Reporter: Gus Heck
            Priority: Minor

The present link to Jan Newmarch's site links the following file:

http://jan.newmarch.name/java/jini/tutorial/Jini.xml

This does not appear to actually be an xml file, but an html file. The © causes an error and the page fails to render. A little experimentation has revealed that a similar, correctly rendering html page is available at:

http://jan.newmarch.name/java/jini/tutorial/Jini.html

https://river.apache.org/resources.html should be changed to link the html file instead.
