lib/ext vs. ext-dist?
What's the intended difference between the "lib/ext" versus the "ext-dist"
dirs in the 2.4 distro?

Current Apache policy does not allow the storing of GPL code in Apache CVS.

Stuff in lib/ext is in CVS and part of the distro.
Stuff in ext-dist has incompatible licenses (GPL, LGPL, etc.) and must be
downloaded separately.
