The name SkyWalking has been approved by Apache Brand Management Committee

I just forward the feedback from our `Establish whether "Apache SkyWalking" is a suitable name` ticket in JIRA.


The name SkyWalking has been approved by Apache Brand Management Committee. After we graduate, we could use this as official name now.
