Another blocker for 2.2.2 (AMBARI-15854)

AMBARI-15854 is a candidate fix for 2.2.2 that I am planning to commit. This is an isolated change to Slider View to set stack version so that the correct version of dependency tarball (includes Slider jars) is picked up when creating slider apps.


Without the change, Slider View creates a tar based on its own lib directory that includes jars that may conflict with libraries needed by the apps created by the Slider view. issues due to conflicting versions of jars are not easy to debug.
