Apache HTTPD 2.0.35 installer for Win32, Win32 binaries

Hello

I am looking for a binary release of 
Apache HTTPD 2.0.35 for Win32 (Windows 2000)

I already looked here:

  http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/win32/

It says that:

"The current stable release is Apache 2.0.35
 Apache 2.0.35 is released for General Availability. 

 The Apache Group is proud to announce the release the first GA release 
 of Apache 2.0. Apache 2.0 has been running on the Apache.org website 
 since December of 2000 and has proven to be very reliable.

 A Win32 MSI installer will be made available shortly."

When will the Win32 MSI installer be made available?
