Spot Bi-weekly meet

Hi All,
I'll be hoping into the meeting room in case anyone wants to discuss Spot
related matters.

Otherwise updates are below:

PR #150: Spot 181 odm <https://github.com/apache/incubator-spot/pull/150> was
opened recently. I'm a bit confused as to whether this is attempting to
close the Jira SPOT-181, so if anyone could provide some clarification that
would be appreciated.

Spot member Curtis is looking for the "DNS labeled data set" mentioned in
this document (DATA_SAMPLE.md
<https://github.com/apache/incubator-spot/blob/master/spot-ml/DATA_SAMPLE.md>).
If anyone has a copy could you please give us a link so we can make it
publicly available again; thanks.
