404 Status

Hi all,
 
Hope somebody will help.
 
I am getting a status 404 when requesting localhost/examples/    It was
working and suddenly it stopped.
But works normal when requesting localhost/myapp/  that I created.
 
Env: tomcat 4.0.1/Warp/apache1.3.22/win2000/jdk1.3.1_02
 
Any help !
