[ANNOUNCE] Apache Daffodil SBT Plugin 1.0.0 Released

The Apache Daffodil community is pleased to announce the release of version 
1.0.0 of the Apache Daffodil SBT Plugin.

This is the first release of this plugin.

The Apache Daffodil SBT Plugin is a plugin for the SBT build tool to help 
manage, build, test, and publish DFDL schema projects using the standard DFDL 
schema project layout, described here:

SBT is the Simple Build Tool (https://daffodil.apache.org/sbt/1.0.0/) that we 
use for all of our schema projects using the Standard DFDL Project Layout 
(https://daffodil.apache.org/dfdl-layout/). It makes it easier to build, test, 
publish, etc. our schemas.

This plugin removes alot of the boilerplate to configure SBT to use Daffodil and 
adds a number of useful capabilities.
