Move up to a more recent version of the kinesis client lib, matching aws SDK and producer versions.

Proposed: move from 1.11.76 to 1.11.271. This is what hadoop-aws has been shipping in 3.1 and has been problem free so far (stable, no random warning messges in logs, etc). The hadoop-aws dependency is the shaded bundle, so not that of the kinesis SDK here, but at least it'll be the same version everywhere.
