Message:Warning:The primary document entity could not be opened. Id=personal.xsd

I read the file into buf, then parser it. I got the errors above.

file to be parsed: samples\data\personal.xml

Another, I pasted the personal.xml in samples\MemParse\MemParse.cpp. It also 
had the same problem.
