T5: Should Output have translate param to mirror TextField?
Translation is a 2-way process. We can specify a translator parameter
on TextField, which translates data as it goes out and in. Shouldn't
we also be able to specify a translator on the Output component to
translate data as it goes out?

perhaps then have a Coercer from
Translator -> java.text.Format
and use the format parameter of Output?
