[I] NULL value in uuid column of cloud_usage.account table [cloudstack]
erikbocks opened a new issue, #11077:
URL: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/11077
### problem
When the Usage service imports accounts from the `cloud` database, the `uuid` column is not retrieved correctly. This results in all `uuid` values in `cloud_usage.accounts` being `NULL`.
### versions
The issue has been observed in CloudStack versions from `4.20.0` down to `4.18.0`. Older versions may also be affected, but they have not been tested.
### The steps to reproduce the bug
1. Run the Usage Job
2. Check the `accounts` table from `cloud_usage`.
### What to do about it?
The process responsible for copying accounts from the `cloud` database to the `cloud_usage` database needs to be corrected, to ensure the `UUID` values are properly retrieved and stored.

yes, good to correct it.
the usage server may get the account information from `cloud` database, I think

@weizhouapache Sorry if the word "down" caused any misunderstanding. What I meant to say was that, I tested the `4.20.0` version and the intermediates (as `4.19.0`, and so on) until the `4.18.0.0` version.

Hi @erikbocks @weizhouapache @DaanHoogland I have created a PR to populate the uuid column when persisting new accounts on the cloud_usage schema: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/12420. Can you please review it?
However, I see the usage server does not use it, it uses internal IDs to reference the accounts (cloud_usage table sets account_id as the internal ID, not the account UUID).
