[BUG] Crash/Hang when calling tortoiseproc with wrong /path
parameter
When I call tortoiseproc with wrong /path parameter (the ':' inside the
'"') from cmd like this:
# tortoiseproc /path":c:\wx\2.8" /command:update
...tortoiseproc will hang with high processor-load.
# tortoiseproc /path":c:\wx\2.8" /command:commit
...will crash immediately (after popping up the basic, empty window)

Please report this to the TortoiseSVN community, not the Subversion
