I wonder if this is kinda optimistic, I think we should do like with the CC stuff and rather just import it as a once off import job.

Checking for changes in the GUMP metadata descriptor and synching that on every build sounds like a bit too much job, and I doubt people will run both GUMP and Continuum in parallel in the long run.
