[PR] fix: Erroneous pruning for non-STRING RangeFilter. (druid)

Fixes #19408 by skipping pruning for RangeFilter with matchValueType other than STRING.
In the future, it'd be nice to expand the pruning to handle other comparators. The issue is that DimensionRangeShardSpec only uses a string comparator for pruning, so we'd need to either extend that to include types, or create a new shard spec that includes types.
