Xerces version: 2.3.0(Win32)
Xalan version: 1.5(win32)
error point: XalanTranscodingServices.cpp (line:306)
                 makeNewTranscoderFor don't have three parameters.

For example, Xerces 2.2.0 doesn't occur error.
