FAQ inaccessible

When I attempt to access the FAQ off of the Slide home page, I'm redirected
to:
http://faq.globalvision.com.au/cgi-bin/fom

And receive the following error message:
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/fom on this server.

Can anyone point me to an accessible version of the FAQ.
