Need to modify zone wizard to allow adding VMware DC to Cloudstack zone.
We allow adding/removing cluster to/from zone outside of zone creation wizard. Similarly need means to add/remove VMware DC to CloudStack zone.

API commands are -
To remove VMware DC from cloudstack zone :-
