[jira] [Commented] (FELIX-5329) [Framework] Add Java 9 package definitions in default.properties

Richard S. Hall commented on FELIX-5329:
----------------------------------------

Maybe we should also re-do Java 8 package definitions too, because if I'm reading FELIX-3786 correctly, we never really did explicitly do this for Java 8. If I recall correctly, I just copied over jre-1.7 package definitions to jre-1.8.

> People are starting to experiment with Java 9, but I don't believe we've created a Java 9 package definition yet in default.properties so that the system bundle knows what to export.
> I can't remember how we did this previously, but I think we used bnd to analyze and come up with the packages and their "uses" constraints.
