[VOTE] Apache Johnzon 0.9.2-incubating release

Hi

As mentioned on the list here is the release vote for johnzon 0.9.2:

Hi,

+1 binding

For source release I checked:
- name contains incubating
- signatures  good
- DISCLAIMER exits
- LICENSE and NOTICE good
- can compile from source

Minor issue the binary release is missing a DISCLAIMER. Can you ad dtaht for the next release please.
