Form Inheritance

Hi,

I am working with a form that is used in 3 different places, so I tried 
to create an abstract form and extends from it.
The problem with this is that Is not working the submit now.

Anyone had this problem?

Oh sorry, finally I found the problem after a day trying. It was a zone 
id problem.
