   @swuferhong , I'd like to work on this issue.
   
   From my understanding, the goal is to support the `rebalancePlan` interface in `Admin`, allowing callers to obtain a rebalance plan for the specified priority goals without executing the rebalance.
   
   However, in the linked PR discussion, the proposed API changes suggest deferring `rebalancePlan(List<GoalType> priorityGoals)` for now and introducing it in a future change, while changing `rebalance()` to return a rebalance ID and adding `listRebalanceProgress()` to track the task.
   
   Could you clarify whether this issue should focus on implementing `rebalancePlan()` itself, or on the proposed Admin API redesign and progress-tracking changes first?
   
   I'd be happy to take it up once the intended scope is clear.

   Hi @swuferhong, I've previously contributed to Fluss and would like to work on exposing the rebalancePlan interface in the Admin client. May I take this up?
