[PR] Fix function inference for arithmetic on DESC clustering columns [cassandra]
iprithv opened a new pull request, #5250:

arithmetic like `42 + 42` into a DESC clustering column failed with Ambiguous. ASC was fine. We weren't unwrapping `ReversedType` when matching the receiver.
## Fix
Unwrap the receiver type in `FunctionResolver.pickBestMatch` before comparing.
## Test
`OperationFctsTest.testArithmeticOnDescendingClusteringColumn`
