[ANNOUNCE] Apache Jena 4.7.0 released

Apache Jena is a framework for developing Semantic Web and Linked Data
applications on the Java JVM. It provides implementations of W3C
standards for RDF, SPARQL and SHACL, and has comprehensive APIs and
tooling around those standards.

It includes the Fuseki SPARQL triple store.

The Apache Jena development community is pleased to
announce the release of Apache Jena 4.7.0.
