Cocoon2: HTML pretty printing.

Hi all,

I'm using cocoon2 to generate websites, and the html code produced
by the HTML serializer isn't especially pretty (perfectly valid,
but not good to look at). Me being the fussy swine I am would like
it nicely tabbed etc etc.

Are people happy for me to implement this in the HTML serializer?

Clone the Cocoon 1.7.3-dev support for that using the Xerces
serialization API (soon to be TRaX API)
