[I] [Studio][Enhancement] Expose attribution filters in the MCP audit list [rocketmq-dashboard]

X-LightYear opened a new issue, #7222:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues/7222

   ## Problem

The REST AuditService.queryLogs path already supports filtering audit records by target, clusterId, and clusterIdMissing. The rmq.audit.list MCP input catalog and handler omit these supported filters and always invoke the service with null, null, false. An MCP operator therefore cannot narrow platform-wide audit results to a resource target, an attribution, or unscoped records.

   ## Expected behavior

rmq.audit.list should accept optional target, clusterId, and clusterIdMissing inputs and forward them unchanged to the existing audit service. clusterIdMissing retains the service contract that it takes precedence over clusterId.

   ## Scope

This change completes the MCP contract only; audit storage and REST behavior are unchanged. Catalog metadata and deterministic handler forwarding coverage are included.

   ## Verification

   - pre-fix regression: handler invoked queryLogs(..., null, null, false, ...) instead of the requested filters
   - post-fix focused suite: AuditListToolHandlerTest 2 passed and ToolCatalogTest 8 passed
   - checkstyle: 0 violations
   - Maven used -Dmaven.compiler.proc=full
