Two java files with the same name - SecretManagerAdminMbean.java and SecretManagerAdminMBean.java

Hi all,

There are two files with the same name with a one capital letter different.
Because of this I cannot get a SVN update in Windows.

Removed the incorrect one ' SecretManagerAdminMbean' ...
