[jira] [Created] (UIMA-4090) Jenkins XML 1.1 test fails sometimes
(Java dependent?)
Marshall Schor created UIMA-4090:
------------------------------------
Summary: Jenkins XML 1.1 test fails sometimes (Java dependent?)
Key: UIMA-4090
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-4090
Project: UIMA
Issue Type: Test
Reporter: Marshall Schor
Assignee: Marshall Schor
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 2.6.1SDK
There was a failure reported on a Jenkins run, where the XML Serialization for XML 1.1 produced 1.0 output. Looks like a recent post here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25728885/java-produce-version-1-1-in-xml-header-with-transformer says some Javas don't support 1.1, but this can be overcome by using Saxon implementations. Try this.
