Now, due to the introduction of vulnerabilities check, the code compilation time is greatly increased, which makes developers need to wait a lot of time for the compilation to complete when testing. I think it's better to add one configuration when building the codes , so that when testing, we can disable the vulnerabilities check.

And we can see from the result that, when disable the vulnerabilities check, the compilation speed is more than doubled.
