certificates

Can JAMES handle mail with certificates and verify the identity of the sender ?
If so, are there any docs for how to do this ?

No one has submitted code for that purpose, although someone was working on
it for a project.  Generally the client validates digital signatures.  James
does handle SMTP AUTH, but that's a different matter.
