    Description: A {{Secret}} protobuf message should be added to serve as a generic message for sending credentials and other secrets throughout Mesos.  (was: A {{Secret}} protobuf message should be added to serve as a generic message for sending credentials and other secrets throughout Mesos.

A new field of type {{Secret}} should also be added to the {{Environment}} message to enable the inclusion of secrets in executor and task environments.)
