Connecting to database

Hi,

I need to connect to our applications database through jmeter basically to do some performance tests.

I mentioned the JDBC URL and JDBC Driver class in JDBC Request page. Also mentioned the URL and password and SQL query. But i notice the query fails.

Am I missing something !!!
