Sure you can! You can take a look at Pootle, the tool we use for 
translation, here:
https://translate.apache.org/ar/aoo40/

If you can help reach 100% (currently 93%), we will release OpenOffice 
in Arabic.

If you feel like you can help, please request a Pootle account as 
explained in https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Pootle_User_Guide and we 
will create one for you.
