Alex O'Ree as new Apache JSPWiki chair [Fwd: Congratulations on your new role at Apache - next steps]

Hi all!

just a quick note to let you all know. The mail below officially instates
Alex as new JSPWiki chair, which was voted a few weeks ago, iirc.

So, in short, welcome Alex as pmc chair!
