Problem with configuration file

Hi,

I'm new and i have a problem with Log4j when i want to use a configuration
file.
No probem with the compilation but in the execution, the program can't read
the input file!
I just uses the program show in the manual.
The problem is in the method open of "java.io.FileInputStream.open(Native
Method)"

Any sugestions?
