The download page https://ofbiz.apache.org/download.html uses relative links of the form:

<a href ="//www.apache.org/dist/ofbiz/KEYS" target="external">[KEYS]</a>

Whilst these currently happen to be equal to https because of the redirect from http, this is not guaranteed. The links for KEYS, sigs and hashes must please use absolute https URLs.
