not working in 6/25, 6/26, 6/27 Nightly builds

Hello Struts Committers,

Just wanted to inform you that <bean:define> tag is
not working in the 6/25, 6/26, 6/27 nightly builds.
Any instance of it throws this exception:

javax.servlet.ServletException: Define tag can contain
only one of name attribute, value attribute, or body
content

Even the struts-exercise-taglib example app included
in these nightly builds throw the same exception.

Please include about what container this occurs on
(i.e. Tomcat, WebLogic, etc).
