> Directories which are protected with .htaccess files now only authorize users whose usernames appear in the final line of the .htgroup file. This is something that worked fine in 0.6.5 but fails in 0.8.14. .htgroup file looks like this: group: user1 group: user2 group: usern With a correct username and password, only usern gets access. Any other user, and check_user_access in mod_auth.c returns AUTH_REQUIRED. No error is written to the error log. If my group file is changed to: group: user1 user2 usern everything works fine, however this is no good for a group file with thousands of users (which I do have). No problem creating the file, however the server just spins forever on any request to that directory. Also, CGIs that worked with previous versions of Apache now return Malformed Header Errors. Don't know if this is a bug or not.
