[PR] revert disruptor version to 3.4.4 for log4j compatibility [accumulo]

EdColeman opened a new pull request, #4105:
URL: https://github.com/apache/accumulo/pull/4105

With distruptor version 4.0.0 SequenceReportingEventHandler.class needed by log4j is missing. This change reverts distruptor back to 3.4.4

Verified that uno will run an instance with this change (main branch), fails with version 4.0.0

With 4.0.0, trying to start Accumulo fails with the following:

That class is not in the disruptor 4.0.0 jar, it does exist in 3.4.4

Turns out version 4 isn't yet supported and it's a known issue. https://github.com/apache/logging-log4j2/issues/1829
I guess we don't use it for the integration tests, which all passed, so I didn't notice.
