I see a regression in `overview.html`

@michael-o Has anything changed in the Doxia 2.0.0 XDoc parser with regard to newlines here?

I tracked the issue with the spurious newlines now in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DOXIA-764 and worked around it by removing the initial newlines directly following `<source>`.
