[I] Clickhouse provider for Airflow [airflow]

   We need to integrate the clickhouse to airflow to run frequent queries and schedule task based on those queries.

   There was a previous attempt with https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/25714
   
   Before you start working on it please follow [Accepting new community providers](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/PROVIDERS.rst#accepting-new-community-providers)
   
   I'm closing this issue because there is no need to track such task. Follow the guidelines and if discussion/vote passses you can open a PR directly.
