1. shared/lib does not exist anymore. We need to move all the libs from there to lib

2. the servlet.jar inside the uddi-portlet.war should be removed.

3. the pluto/WEB-INF/lib/commons-logging-api-1.1.jar should be moved to lib

4. http://localhost:8080/juddi/services/security?wsdl is broken, must be another jar loading issue.
